Started out his Journey into the Food and Beverage Industry like most everyday folk: slicing meat and cheese behind the counter of a supermarket deli. It was within those halls of freezing walk-in coolers and hot fryers that gave him a sense of appreciation to the food service world.

Over the next decade Andreas climbed through the ranks of the food world, specializing in Artisan cheese and holding many positions of leadership in that space. Now a dedicated consultant with years of physical experience in the industry he has one goal: to help businesses and the people behind them achieve success and prosperity.
